Students Fight for $15

More than 100 Steinmetz students joined Communities United to “Fight for $15,” rallying at the Rock N Roll McDonald’s in the rain on May 24.

The action was organized to pressure McDonald’s (the world’s second largest employer) to pay workers at least $15 an hour.

“I went to support the workers,” junior Freddy Crittendon.
